  • formulating and co-ordinating a comprehensive integrated B Des + Dual Degree B Des + M Des program, and its unique entrance examination Undergraduate Common Entrance for Design (UCEED), which started in 2015
  • Proposal on starting a program on ‘M Des by Research’ at IDC, IIT Bombay
  • Proposal for introducing ‘Design and Innovation in School Curriculum’ - submitted to MHRD for consideration and implementation (2010)
  • Major modifications to the ‘Master of Design’ curriculum to make it flexible and cross-disciplinary (2009)
  • Proposal for ‘Graphic Design Education in India’- submitted to MHRD for consideration and implementation (2007)
  • Introducing the streams of Interaction Design, Animation Design and a doctoral program in design during his tenure as head (2006)
